Belva's grandmother made in OKC. Belva graduated from Central Hi in 1946 and OSU in 1950 and had daughter and granddaughter at OSU. Belva was Founder of The Registry dinner dance group for unmarried professionals, Woman of the year in 2000, OKC Alumnae Panhellenic, connected to Cowboy Junction Christian School, Lyric Theater supporter, married to A F veteran Neal Vietnam and Ron Yoxisimer.
